A company is looking for a Tax Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and review corporate income tax returns and related forms
• Consult with clients on tax questions and assist with M&A transactions
• Manage and coach team members, setting clear expectations and fostering relationships

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of corporate income tax experience
• 2+ years in multi-client public accounting
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Tax
• Licensed CPA required
• Strong knowledge of federal/multi-state corporation income tax returns
