Implementation Specialist II

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Implementation Specialist II to support their AutoMate DMS software platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up dealership chart of accounts and conduct system setups for various accounting functions
• Research, troubleshoot, and correct accounting discrepancies and validate financial statements
• Communicate with customers and internal teams to analyze financial data and ensure accurate data conversion

Required Qualifications and Education

• Bachelor's degree in accounting preferred or equivalent experience
• 2-5+ years of dealership accounting experience preferred, including roles in Accounts Payable and Receivable
• Knowledge of payroll processing, regulations, and reporting is preferred
• Experience with DMS for accounting functions and standard business software
• Understanding of taxation and relevant state and federal laws is a plus
