A company is looking for a Payroll & Expense Specialist to manage payroll processing and employee reimbursements.
Key Responsibilities
- Process payroll, maintain records, and respond to employee inquiries regarding compensation
- Review and process employee reimbursement requests, ensuring compliance with expense policies
- Reconcile corporate credit card transactions and assist with month-end close activities
Required Qualifications
- 2-5 years of ADP payroll experience
- Experience with accounting software; Concur Expense and Sage Intacct preferred
- Associate's degree or equivalent education and experience; bachelor's degree preferred
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Sound knowledge of corporate purchase card programs and account reconciliation
