Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Analyst responsible for ensuring payroll accuracy, tax compliance, and efficient reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform weekly payroll audits and reconciliations, including managing payroll tax filings and W-2 reporting
- Support general ledger reconciliations and conduct regular and ad-hoc reporting
- Collaborate with ADP on system updates and participate in process improvement initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- 2+ years of experience in payroll operations, preferably in a multi-state environment
- Solid understanding of payroll tax regulations and general ledger concepts
- Strong Excel/reporting skills and comfort with data analysis
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
