CPA Licensed Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager, Accounting to oversee accounting operations and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring compliance with GAAP standards
• Oversee all accounting and treasury functions, including financial statement audits
• Lead integration projects and strengthen internal controls and risk management strategies

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, including Controller-level responsibilities
• Deep expertise in GAAP, audit management, and financial analysis
• Strong background in internal controls, compliance, and risk mitigation
• Experience managing system transitions and proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or related ERP
