Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly financial statement close process and maintain a tight timeline
• Prepare accurate financial statements and perform month-end financial analysis
• Mentor and develop the financial accounting team while promoting effective communication

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field
• At least 5 years of progressive financial management experience
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles related to financial reporting
• Experience in a multi-entity and department structured environment
• Proven ability to develop and use financial and operating metrics
