A company is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Track payments and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate records
- Process and manage a limited volume of invoices and related workflows
- Perform cleanup and organization of financial records for audit readiness
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' bookkeeping experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting
- Experience managing audit processes and providing actionable feedback
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online
- Competency with Google Workspace and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Previous bookkeeping experience in nonprofit environments is required
