Job Summary

A company is looking for a Full Charge Bookkeeper to manage day-to-day bookkeeping functions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Track payments and reconcile accounts to ensure accurate records
  • Process and manage a limited volume of invoices and related workflows
  • Perform cleanup and organization of financial records for audit readiness
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years' bookkeeping experience, preferably in a nonprofit setting
  • Experience managing audit processes and providing actionable feedback
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  • Competency with Google Workspace and intermediate to advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
  • Previous bookkeeping experience in nonprofit environments is required
