Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a global payroll strategy for a large employee organization
• Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of payroll issues
• Manage payroll-related financial activities and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in multi-country payroll management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
• Experience with outsourced payroll compliance vendors and payroll systems
• Proven ability to transform payroll functions for automation and scalability
• Membership in a recognized Payroll Professional body is preferred
