Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development of a global payroll strategy for a large employee organization
- Oversee payroll processes to ensure accuracy and timely resolution of payroll issues
- Manage payroll-related financial activities and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
- 8+ years of experience in multi-country payroll management, with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Experience with outsourced payroll compliance vendors and payroll systems
- Proven ability to transform payroll functions for automation and scalability
- Membership in a recognized Payroll Professional body is preferred
