A company is looking for a Reimbursement Auditing Specialist (Remote in Wisconsin).

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coding for various healthcare services including clinic, inpatient, and outpatient
• Review medical record documentation to ensure accurate charging for services
• Conduct audits, identify coding issues, and provide staff education for optimal coding and billing

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Successful completion of required coding courses within one year of hire
• Minimum of three years of coding experience
• Coding certification from an approved organization
• Preferred: Associate degree in Medical Billing and Coding or related field
• Preferred: Three years of progressive surgical coding/auditing experience
