Payroll Compliance Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Consultant for a 3-6 month project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit existing payroll policies, procedures, and SOPs for compliance with state and federal laws
• Ensure alignment of payroll processes with current legislative updates and regulatory requirements
• Evaluate and optimize payroll workflows to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in payroll auditing, policy review, and compliance
• Paycor system expertise, including proficiency in its tools and reporting functionalities
• In-depth knowledge of U.S. federal and state payroll laws
• Familiarity with payroll accounting principles
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
