Job Summary
A company is looking for a Payroll Consultant for a 3-6 month project.
Key Responsibilities:
- Audit existing payroll policies, procedures, and SOPs for compliance with state and federal laws
- Ensure alignment of payroll processes with current legislative updates and regulatory requirements
- Evaluate and optimize payroll workflows to improve accuracy, efficiency, and compliance
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in payroll auditing, policy review, and compliance
- Paycor system expertise, including proficiency in its tools and reporting functionalities
- In-depth knowledge of U.S. federal and state payroll laws
- Familiarity with payroll accounting principles
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Human Resources, or related field (preferred)
