Job Summary

A company is looking for a Support Specialist - Accounting & Payments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level customer support for end-users and school administrators regarding VC Pay Tuition Management and Accounting products
  • Manage and prioritize multiple support cases, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
  • Analyze and resolve technical issues, while maintaining internal and external knowledgebases to enhance support documentation


Required Qualifications
  • 1-2 years of customer support experience in a school business office or software industry
  • Prior knowledge and experience with accounting and online payment processing
  • Ability to multi-task and work under various constraints
  • Demonstrated aptitude for using and teaching technologically sophisticated software
  • Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
