A company is looking for a Support Specialist - Accounting & Payments.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide first-level customer support for end-users and school administrators regarding VC Pay Tuition Management and Accounting products
- Manage and prioritize multiple support cases, ensuring timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
- Analyze and resolve technical issues, while maintaining internal and external knowledgebases to enhance support documentation
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of customer support experience in a school business office or software industry
- Prior knowledge and experience with accounting and online payment processing
- Ability to multi-task and work under various constraints
- Demonstrated aptitude for using and teaching technologically sophisticated software
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively
