Project Accounting Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Accounting Supervisor to oversee project accounting operations remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the Project Accountant team, providing guidance and mentorship
• Build relationships with Project Managers and ensure compliance with project contracts and billing schedules
• Prepare and analyze revenue reports, manage invoicing processes, and resolve discrepancies in project financials

Required Qualifications

• College degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 15 years of experience in project accounting within a professional services firm
• Leadership skills with prior experience managing or supervising an accounting team preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables
• Proficiency in Deltek Vantagepoint for project accounting is preferred
