CPG Client Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Lead - CPG Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact and trusted advisor for multiple high-profile clients, managing expectations and balancing needs
• Lead technical accounting and reporting for complex revenue streams, ensuring accurate revenue recognition and inventory management
• Mentor a team of direct reports and contribute to firm-wide strategic initiatives and operational improvements

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in public accounting or 15+ years of total accounting experience in senior leadership roles
• Proven expertise in the CPG/eCommerce business model, including supply chain and omni-channel sales
• Strong technical knowledge of GAAP, particularly in Revenue Recognition (ASC 606) and Inventory Accounting
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills and experience with various accounting and inventory systems
• CPA or MBA preferred, along with a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics
