Senior Accountant Supervisor

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant - Supervisor Level, General Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day accounting for assigned YMCA clients and maintain positive relationships
• Deliver accurate GAAP financial statements and manage period close activities
• Supervise and evaluate team members while ensuring compliance with internal controls

Required Qualifications

• Minimum bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field
• At least 5 years of general accounting experience
• Preferred experience in nonprofit accounting
• Proficiency in ERP systems and understanding of GAAP
