Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and manage financial reporting and accounting tasks, ensuring compliance with standards
• Oversee the preparation and review of statutory financial statements and supplemental filings
• Lead and mentor a team while engaging in continuous improvement initiatives and stakeholder communications

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or equivalent
• 3+ years of accounting and/or financial analysis experience
• Managerial/supervisory experience
• Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Technical skills to review and analyze financial statements
