Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of SEC filings including forms 10Q, 10K, 8K, and 11K
• Prepare work papers to support SEC filings and maintain internal controls over financial reporting
• Conduct annual assessments of impairment of goodwill and manage ad hoc projects related to accounting standards

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting
• 3-4+ years of experience, including 2+ years in the Big 4
• Knowledge of GAAP and internal controls/SOX requirements
• Ability to work collaboratively across different business units
• Strong analytical skills and organizational abilities
