CPA Licensed Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly financial statement close process and maintain timelines
• Perform detailed reviews of balance sheet reconciliations and conduct month-end financial analysis
• Manage financial close processes and prepare accurate financial statements for management and stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• BS/BA in Accounting, Finance, or a relevant field
• At least 5 years of progressive financial management experience
• Strong understanding of core accounting principles related to financial reporting and internal controls
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Prior experience in a private equity portfolio company is preferred
