Job Summary
A company is looking for a Project Accounting Assistant - Biller.
Key Responsibilities
- Add/update project activity in Deltek Vision and prepare invoice packages for approval
- Review sub-consultant invoices for accuracy and maintain project billing files
- Support project budgeting, forecasting, and assist in accounts receivable reporting
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred or 1-2+ years of related experience
- Strong background in collections is required
- Experience in the Architecture/Engineering/Construction industry is highly desired
- Proficient Excel skills are required
- Knowledge of Deltek Vision software is a plus
