A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager to oversee insurance billing processes and enhance the overall revenue cycle management experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end customer billing processes and communications for patients and health plans
• Ensure timely reimbursements by driving successful claims submissions and addressing billing issues
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process pain points and provide feedback for system improvements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in medical billing, including claims submission and denials management
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups)
• Experience with EMR and RCM software is a plus
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on enhancing systems and processes
• Ability to work independently and manage cross-functional projects
