Key Responsibilities
- Process, analyze, and audit payroll functions for assigned cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Conduct thorough audits of payroll data and maintain awareness of relevant statutes and regulations
- Provide customer service and support to HR Coordinators and employees regarding payroll inquiries
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred in accounting, finance, or business management
- One year of payroll administration and processing experience preferred
- PC proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Working knowledge of HRIS software (Oracle, Kronos, etc.) is a plus
