Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Coordinator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process, analyze, and audit payroll functions for assigned cycles, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Conduct thorough audits of payroll data and maintain awareness of relevant statutes and regulations
  • Provide customer service and support to HR Coordinators and employees regarding payroll inquiries
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate's/Bachelor's degree preferred in accounting, finance, or business management
  • One year of payroll administration and processing experience preferred
  • PC proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Outlook, and Excel
  • Working knowledge of HRIS software (Oracle, Kronos, etc.) is a plus
