CPA Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant - Financial Reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage SEC filings, including Form 10-Qs, 10-Ks, and 8-Ks
• Collaborate with local accounting teams to ensure compliance and accuracy in financial reporting
• Support compliance activities and participate in special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• CPA license
• Minimum of 4 years of accounting experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience at a public accounting firm
• Strong understanding of US GAAP and SOX requirements
