Accounting Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee financial operations and support strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with month-end close coordination and prepare financial statements
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes
• Monitor internal controls and ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline; CPA preferred
• 6+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally with leadership responsibilities
• Experience in high-growth, fast-paced environments with a focus on process improvement
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and accounting fundamentals
• Experience with ERP platforms and financial workflow optimization is a plus
