CPA Licensed Accounting Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Accounting.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all accounting functions including month-end close, reconciliations, and financial statements
• Ensure compliance with US GAAP and other SaaS-related standards while overseeing multi-entity consolidations
• Design and implement internal controls and manage tax filings and audits globally

Required Qualifications

• CPA strongly preferred with 8+ years of progressive accounting experience
• Deep knowledge of US GAAP, ASC 606, and technical accounting standards relevant to the software industry
• Experience in SaaS or subscription-based revenue models, particularly in early- or growth-stage companies
• Proven track record in leading full-cycle audits and managing compliance across multiple entities
• Strong ERP experience with the ability to lead system implementations and migrations
