Revenue Integrity Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Integrity Analyst to support the Revenue Integrity team in ensuring optimal reimbursement of entitled revenue.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze data and generate reports to identify revenue and compliance risks and opportunities
• Monitor Revenue Integrity specific workqueues, including Revenue Guardian checks and charge reviews
• Collaborate with the Revenue Integrity Specialist to achieve optimal reimbursement and support troubleshooting needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Health Administration, or a related field with 2 years of relevant experience as an analyst
• Alternatively, 5 or more years of applicable experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree
• Preferred: Master's degree with 1 year of experience
• Certifications such as HFMAs Certified Healthcare Financial Professional (CHFP) or Certified Revenue Cycle Representative (CRCR) are advantageous
• Experience with Epic is preferred
