Job Summary

A company is looking for an EMS Insurance Biller to manage claims submitted to commercial insurance carriers.

Key Responsibilities

• Process pending claims and address issues related to denials or incorrect payments by insurance carriers
• Review claims on hold to identify and resolve causes for delays
• Provide necessary information to insurance companies for claim processing and handle correspondence related to claims

Required Qualifications

• Strong computer skills with basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Minimum typing speed of 40 words per minute
• Experience in a performance-driven environment with monitored calls is preferred
• Ability to manage high volumes of work while meeting deadlines
• Experience with insurance claims processing is beneficial
