Job Summary

A company is looking for a Home Equity Loan Closer.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure files and documents meet company, investor, and compliance requirements
• Schedule loan closings with borrowers and prepare closing documents
• Process a minimum of 3 files per day and reconcile Closing Disclosures

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of TRID guidelines
• Experience with Conventional, FHA/VA loans is a plus
• Familiarity with Encompass is preferred
• Detail-oriented with a strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
