A company is looking for a Financial Operations Coordinator.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions, including vendor invoice processing and lease administration
- Conduct peer reviews of financial operations transactions to ensure compliance with policies
- Monitor and respond to inquiries through financial operations shared mailboxes
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Business or Finance preferred
- Minimum of one year experience in administrative or financial operations support
- Basic knowledge of financial terms and principles
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and accounting software applications
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively
