Accounts Payable Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounts Payable Associate (Netsuite/Coupa).

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of invoice processing and vendor relations
• Monitor and respond to inquiries through the ServiceNow ticketing system
• Assist with month-end close procedures and vendor onboarding compliance

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a similar role with knowledge of US GAAP
• Experience with Excel and Google Sheets, particularly using advanced functions
• Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
• Flexible team resource, able to pivot between different AP and T&E responsibilities
• Flexibility with personal schedule to accommodate global collaboration
