Investor Reporting Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Investor Reporting Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate reporting and remitting in accordance with investor guidelines
• Reconcile actual activity to reported activity and prepare reports for various events
• Maintain pool headers and ensure timely advances while resolving variances in the reporting application

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred
• Understanding of various remittance methods, including Actual/Actual and Schedule/Schedule
• Preferred experience in residential mortgage servicing and familiarity with the Fidelity servicing system
• Ability to read and interpret financial reports and legal documents
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and the MSP servicing system
