Cash Posting Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cash Posting Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Post patient and insurance payments accurately and timely, and reconcile posting files with deposits
• Meet productivity standards and report any payment posting issues to leadership promptly
• Assist in training team members and participate in preparing reports and special projects

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare payment posting experience or EFT deposit and ERA file processing
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology and PC applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-stress environment
• Flexibility to perform additional tasks as needed
