Job Summary

A company is looking for a Revenue Recovery Associate to improve revenue outcomes by researching underpaid Medicare Advantage claims.

Key Responsibilities

• Access and review claim information through EHR and payor portals
• Verify medical records for Managed Care claims and obtain necessary information from post-acute care facilities
• Track workflow progress and prepare reports for Project Managers and Supervisors

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Prior experience in hospital billing and/or follow-up with various payers
• Proficiency in computer skills, including typing and proprietary software
• Ability to navigate Microsoft Office applications
