Senior Accountant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Accountant to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes in accordance with GAAP
• Manage general ledger activities and reconciliations across multiple entities
• Oversee and review accounts payable and receivable processes, including donor invoicing

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field (CPA or CPA candidate preferred)
• 4-6 years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in nonprofit or international settings
• Deep knowledge of U.S. GAAP and familiarity with international accounting practices
• Experience with multi-entity and multi-currency accounting environments
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
