A company is looking for a Treasury Assistant to support its Treasury team in a remote capacity.
Key Responsibilities
- Enter tax information into agency websites and process ACH payments from client escrow accounts
- Download and organize monthly federal invoices by client
- Upload federal payment confirmations into proprietary tax compliance software
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a professional work environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other computer applications
- Excellent time management with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude and strong team collaboration skills
