Job Summary

A company is looking for a Billing Manager (Contractor) to lead billing operations and revenue cycle management across multiple clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and streamline billing and collections processes for assigned clients
• Close monthly billing cycles and prepare timely AR, payment, and adjustment reports
• Lead and mentor remote billing contractors, ensuring quality and efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years' experience in revenue cycle management, billing operations, or related leadership role
• Proven ability to improve processes and resolve claims issues effectively
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing remote teams
• Experience in designing and implementing billing procedures
• Experience in interviewing and onboarding contractors
