Job Summary
A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Representative - Patient Accounting.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately submit claims and respond to denials while managing insurance follow-up and collections
- Analyze and correct patient invoices for clean claim submissions and maintain work queues
- Reconcile accounts and resolve issues related to payments, charges, and insurance denials
Required Qualifications
- High School Degree
- Two (2) years of experience in hospital or physician insurance-related activities
- Basic understanding of health insurance plans, policies, and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret EOBs (Explanation of Benefits)
- Participation in meetings and training to enhance job knowledge
