Key Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial statements and review for accuracy
• Manage cash flow and conduct monthly bank reconciliations
• Oversee invoice payments and ensure timely financial reporting

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of property accounting experience
• Experience in third-party multifamily property management
• Proficiency in Yardi, Entrata, or RealPage preferred
• Ability to manage financial reporting deadlines
• Experience with cash flow management and bank reconciliations
