Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and analyze provider productivity, compensation, and benefits
• Prepare and design monthly compensation processes and financial reporting
• Maintain financial records and validate payroll documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or healthcare administration preferred
• At least six years of equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
• Basic understanding of accounting principles and standards
