Senior Loan Fulfillment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Loan Fulfillment Specialist for a remote contract opportunity in financial services.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and track required documentation from clients to support commercial credit approvals
• Review complex business and legal entity structures to confirm ownership, authorized signers, and guarantors
• Manage a pipeline of up to 15 commercial loans, overseeing due diligence, third-party service orders, and document preparation

Required Qualifications

• Experience in commercial loan closings, including due diligence and document review
• Strong ability to analyze complex entity and ownership documentation
• Proven track record managing multiple loans simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience reviewing attorney-prepared closing documents is strongly preferred
• Hands-on experience with LaserPro in a commercial lending setting is strongly preferred
