Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to oversee accounting and financial operations in a growing healthcare SaaS business.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the month-end and year-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements in accordance with GAAP
• Oversee revenue recognition under ASC 606 and manage accounting operations including general ledger, billing, and cash management
• Lead and mentor the accounting team while supporting strategic initiatives and identifying process improvements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA strongly preferred)
• 6-10 years of progressive accounting/finance experience, preferably in the SaaS industry
• Deep knowledge of GAAP and ASC 606 revenue recognition
• Experience with financial systems, preferably QuickBooks and Maxio
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into business insights
