Key Responsibilities
- Manage payroll and benefits administration, including verifying timesheet compliance and preparing bi-weekly payroll
- Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including expense approvals and bank deposit audits
- Prepare financial reports and budgets, and support organizational development initiatives
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a full charge bookkeeper using QuickBooks, including payroll
- Experience in confidential collaboration and decision-making at the executive level
- Verifiable references from supervisors within the past 3 years
- Ability to meet work-from-home requirements, including a dedicated workspace and necessary equipment
- Must be able to speak and write at a C1 English level or better
