Government Financial Compliance Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager of Government Financial Compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee financial compliance programs related to government contracting regulations
• Lead the design and monitoring of internal controls over financial reporting and business systems
• Interface with auditors and manage responses to audit findings and corrective action reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields; Master's degree or MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in government contracting
• 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external auditors
• 5+ years of experience with Deltek CostPoint
• Preferred CPA, CIA, CFE, or CGFM certification/license
