A company is looking for a Manager of Government Financial Compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, implement, and oversee financial compliance programs related to government contracting regulations
- Lead the design and monitoring of internal controls over financial reporting and business systems
- Interface with auditors and manage responses to audit findings and corrective action reports
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields; Master's degree or MBA preferred
- 8+ years of experience in government contracting
- 3+ years of experience leading cross-functional teams and managing external auditors
- 5+ years of experience with Deltek CostPoint
- Preferred CPA, CIA, CFE, or CGFM certification/license
