Global SOX Compliance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Global ICFR and SOX Specialist Non IT.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and execute all aspects of the SOX/ICFR Program and compliance activities
• Review and perform tests of design and operating effectiveness, leading business process walkthroughs
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure the SOX/ICFR program is executed according to the project plan

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with CPA or equivalent preferred
• 4-5 years of experience in auditing internal controls over financial reporting
• Fluency in Mandarin and English (verbal and written)
• Strong understanding of internal controls, IFRS, U.S. GAAP, and COSO
• Proven ability to manage client requests and deliver results under tight deadlines
