A company is looking for a Portfolio Senior Assistant.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide financial and administrative support for project delivery, including budget preparation and monitoring
- Assist in managing logistical arrangements for meetings, workshops, and events
- Maintain accurate records of operational and financial transactions and support project communications
Required Qualifications
- Secondary school diploma with five years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with no experience, or a Bachelor's degree with one year of relevant experience
- Progressive experience in administration, finance, project support, or program management
- Proficiency in MS Excel and Word or G-sheets and G-Docs
- Fluency in English (read, write, speak) is required
- Ability to perform functions during New York working hours (9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. EDT)
