CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead its accounting and finance functions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all aspects of the Accounting Department, including financial reporting and compliance with U.S. GAAP
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis, providing insights to leadership
• Supervise and develop accounting staff while collaborating with cross-functional teams on financial strategy

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in public and/or private accounting
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting or finance
• CPA license required
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and experience with financial analysis
• Exposure to M&A processes is strongly preferred
