Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payroll Services Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise payroll team and ensure timely completion of payroll processes
• Act as primary client contact to enhance customer satisfaction and identify cross-selling opportunities
• Train and mentor team members while tracking productivity and performance standards

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma required
• At least 5 years of Payroll/Tax experience
• At least 3 years of people leadership experience
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products
• Associate degree and FPC or CPP certification preferred
