Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Billing/Collection Assistant III (Remote) - Surgery.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced billing and collection activities, including making collection calls and verifying claims
• Act as a Lead IBC Assistant, providing training and guidance to other assistants
• Handle discounts, adjustments, and charge corrections while ensuring timely payment of claims

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent certification
• At least 3 years of experience in billing or insurance
• No specific certification required
• Post-secondary education preferred (2 years)
• A driver's license is not required for this position
