Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of payroll practices, labor laws, and tax regulations
- Proficiency in Dayforce HCM and advanced Excel skills
- Ability to manage multi-country and multi-state payroll
- Professional certification (e.g., CPP, CMA, CIPP) is a plus
