Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end payroll processing for employees across multiple countries
• Ensure compliance with payroll-related laws and regulations and respond to audit requests
• Identify and implement process improvements for payroll systems and procedures

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as a Payroll Specialist or in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of payroll practices, labor laws, and tax regulations
• Proficiency in Dayforce HCM and advanced Excel skills
• Ability to manage multi-country and multi-state payroll
• Professional certification (e.g., CPP, CMA, CIPP) is a plus
