Accounting Supervisor - CPA Required

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Accounting Lead / Supervisor in the manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly financial close process, including journal entry review and account reconciliations
• Prepare financial information for consolidation and oversee internal/external audits and SOX compliance
• Drive process improvement initiatives to enhance accounting efficiency and effectiveness

Required Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• More than 5 years of professional accounting experience with leadership roles in a medium to large-sized public company, preferably in manufacturing
• Hands-on experience with SOX compliance and documentation of control structures
• Understanding of GAAP and experience with ERP systems
• Demonstrated success in coaching and mentoring team members for career growth
