Job Summary

A company is looking for a Construction Accounting Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead construction accounting processes, including budget creation and project close-out
• Review and reconcile pay applications, invoices, and change orders for compliance
• Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to align financial objectives with project delivery

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred
• 7+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in construction or real estate development accounting
• Strong knowledge of construction accounting principles and capital project financing
• Proficiency with construction accounting/project management systems
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
