CPA Licensed Controller

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Controller to lead their Accounting function and support rapid growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations and oversee the financial close process
• Lead external relationships with auditors and tax advisors for compliance and audits
• Develop and maintain internal controls and accounting policies to support growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA preferred
• 10+ years of accounting experience, including 2 years in a leadership role
• Strong knowledge of operational accounting and GAAP
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting systems; QuickBooks Online and Cin7 experience required
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team effectively
